Islam may be the 'mother load of bad ideas' as Sam Harris says, but this isn't the book to start your research with. View 2 comments. Nov 27, Saurabh Shrivastava rated it did not like it. A very badly written book. Arguments presented by the author are inconsistent and self contradictory. Author had already made some assumptions and claims, and then found various reasons to justify those assumptions. May 06, Shivaji rated it it was amazing. Very nice book but at the same time it's an biased opinion but it's true what's inside the book.

This book is a very precise and engaging text that is incredibly well-researched and documented. There is no wiggle-room for doubt about the Islamic foundations being formed around sheer madness and idiocy May 12, Fiannawolf rated it really liked it. Finally catching up on some of my backlog. Interesting read.
The foundations of Islam
I have wanted to read this book for a while but was somewhat disappointed. It certainly put a different slant on the topic of Mohammed by putting him on trial and it was well researched in most aspects. He also laboured too long over many points and repeated at lot of information in simply a different way. It was about half a book too long for me. However well researched and the auth Guilty! However well researched and the author brought to the fore a lot of interesting points.
I do feel sorry for the defence council as the evidence is overwhelming May 28, John rated it liked it. The books is a very interesting take on Mohammed and Islam, being a critique of the found of Islam and a different look at its early history. It's also very interesting to understand some more about psychology - I think a lot of people suffer from what the author describes. Also, there are some interesting passages in the Quran and the Hadith that give more information on who Mohammed was than I realized, about his stature, body language, and personal history which was fascinating.

While the review is very interesting, it is also unfortunately riddled with spelling and grammar errors, but Apr 15, Cecil m Gridley rated it really liked it.

Logical review of Mohammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Very lengthy and detailed logic. I learned copious dirt on Mohammad ibn Abdullah. An explicit and unrelenting account for one man's actions make this a must read. Jul 18, Angelo Osobase rated it liked it. Great, many have to know the truth. Jul 26, Dinesh Chiru rated it liked it. This book is well written. With great and truthful facts. May 08, John Wiltshire added it. I love that the blurb claims on the one hand Written to provoke a rational response from both Muslim and western readers and on the other analyses the Quran and the Islamic texts legalistically to expose the shocking truth pertaining to Muhammad's advocation for: Pedophilia, honor killings, sex slavery, prostitution, racism, extortion, murder, psychological indoctrination, intellectual terrorism, censorship, grand larceny, racketeering, domestic violence, gender inequality, and much more!
Call Hah. Calling a teddy bear Muhammad didn't get much of a rational response, so mentioning the old paedophilia thing is just going to make everyone cross. I'm not going to rate this book. I learnt some useful stuff, but the dreadful self-published level of the grammar and spelling are so horrible it's quite distracting. See the quote above as an example.

What the hell is that? Does he mean advocacy? The actual subject under discussion? Well, after wading through this I felt like I'd been reading the rantings of inmates in an insane asylum for days. Not a happy thought really. I retreated back to watching Sam Harris on YouTube for a bit of sanity.
And then some funny cats. Recommended if you can take the crazy of it all. Readers also enjoyed.
